Aerow Space

Privacy policy

Effective 28 October 2026

This policy covers Let's Settle (the game) and aerow.space (this website), both made by Aerow Space ("we", "us"). The short version: we don't collect your personal data, we don't run ads or analytics, and we don't sell anything about you.

The game

What we collect

Nothing on our own servers. Let's Settle has no account of its own, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We don't receive your name, email, location or play history.

Your saves

Your worlds, settings and progress are saved on your headset. They stay there unless you delete them or uninstall the game.

Meta Quest platform

When the game starts, it asks the Meta Quest platform whether your account owns the game (an entitlement check). Meta handles that check, and any data it uses, under the Meta Quest privacy policy. We only get a yes or no answer.

Playing with others

When you host or join a multiplayer world, the game connects players' headsets directly to each other, on your local network or by invite. To make that work, the players in the world share:

This goes only to the other players in that world. It doesn't pass through or get stored on any server of ours. There is no text or voice chat. Play with people you know, and if someone behaves badly, tell us at hello@aerow.space.

Children

Let's Settle is for teens and adults. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone.

This website

aerow.space is a plain static site. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ads. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and the page asked for) for security and to keep the site running. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

Your choices

Because we hold no personal data about you, there's nothing for us to hand over or delete. Your saves are on your headset and you control them. For data Meta holds, use Meta's own privacy tools. Questions are always welcome.

Changes

If the game starts collecting anything new (for example, online features that need a server), we'll update this page first and change the date at the top.
